When you place an order we collect: your email address, your pet's name, breed and personality description, a photo of your pet, and payment confirmation data from PayStack and/or PayPal, depending on which payment method you choose. We do not store card numbers — all payment processing is handled securely by PayStack and PayPal.
We use your information solely to generate and deliver your pet's movie poster, narration audio, and video. Your pet's photo and details are passed to AI services (Replicate, Anthropic, ElevenLabs) for generation. We do not sell your data to third parties.
Your generated poster, audio, and video are stored on our servers and accessible via your personal download link. We may display your poster image in our public gallery unless you opt out by emailing us.
We use a temporary session for OTP verification only. We also use Google Analytics (GA4) to understand how visitors use our site — this sets cookies and collects anonymised usage data such as pages visited and actions taken (e.g. starting an order or completing a purchase). You can opt out of Google Analytics tracking using the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.
Your order data and generated files are retained indefinitely so you can re-download your film at any time. You may request deletion by emailing us.
Under South Africa's Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA), you have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal information. To exercise these rights, contact our Information Officer, Ash Glover, at meow@pawsofglory.com. We aim to respond within 30 days.
