If you close your browser or leave checkout before completing payment, no charge is made and there is nothing to cancel.
Once payment is successfully processed, we immediately begin generating your pet's movie poster, narration and video using paid third-party AI services. Because this work starts right away, orders cannot be cancelled once payment is completed. See our Refund Policy for the limited exceptions where a refund may still apply.
Paws of Glory does not offer recurring subscriptions. All purchases are one-time.
You may request deletion of your order data and uploaded photo at any time by emailing meow@pawsofglory.com. Deleting your data does not affect any previous purchases or entitle you to a refund.
This policy is governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa, including the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008 and the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act 25 of 2002.
