Refund Policy

Paws of Glory is operated by Ash Glover Design (Pty) Ltd (reg. 2026/171502/07), 28 Coral Road, Table View, Cape Town, 7441, South Africa.

All sales are final

As soon as your payment is successfully processed, we immediately begin generating your pet's movie poster, narration and video using paid third-party AI services. Because this work starts right away, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds for completed payments — except in the limited circumstances below.

Content rejected by our screening

If your order is rejected because the uploaded photo violates our acceptable use policy (for example, flagged as explicit, violent, or otherwise inappropriate by our automated screening), no refund will be issued. See our Terms of Use for details.

Technical failures

If generation fails due to a fault on our part and we are unable to deliver your poster, narration or video, contact us at meow@pawsofglory.com within 7 days of your purchase with your order email and a description of the issue. We will investigate and, at our discretion, issue a full or partial refund.

How to request a refund

Email meow@pawsofglory.com with the email address used for your order and a brief description of the issue. We aim to respond within 2 business days.

Processing time

Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days, back to the original payment method used at checkout (PayStack or PayPal).

Governing law

This policy is governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa, including the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008.
