By using Paws of Glory, you agree to only upload photos that you have the right to use, and that do not contain explicit, violent, illegal, or otherwise inappropriate content. Photos must be of a pet (or other animal) — not people, and not anything offensive.
We use automated screening (including third-party AI safety systems) to check uploaded photos before and during processing. We reserve the right to refuse, reject, or remove any submission that we believe, in our sole discretion, violates these terms — without prior notice.
If your order is rejected because the uploaded photo violates our acceptable use policy (for example, it is flagged as explicit, violent, or otherwise inappropriate by our automated screening), no refund will be issued. For all other cases, see our Refund Policy and Cancellation Policy.
Posters, narration, and videos are generated using third-party AI services. While we aim for a strong likeness to your pet, results may vary and we do not guarantee an exact match. Generated content is provided "as is".
Paws of Glory is provided for entertainment purposes. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the service.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa, including the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008 and the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act 25 of 2002.
